Terms
The ordinary, honest terms of doing business with a small practice — written to be read.

Sessions and prices
Access Bars — Adults: a 60-minute Access Bars session at R 450,00.
Access Bars — Children: a 30-minute Access Bars session at R 250,00.
Product prices are shown on each product page and include everything except delivery, which is shown separately before you place an order. Payment is by EFT — see how to pay.
Bookings and cancellations
A booking request becomes a confirmed booking when Rene confirms it with you. If you need to move or cancel your booking, let Rene know at least 24 hours ahead and you'll find another time together. Missed sessions without notice may be charged.
Where a session is prepaid, your booking is confirmed automatically when the payment reflects. If payment doesn't arrive within 5 days, the booking lapses and the time is released.
Orders, delivery and payment
An order is confirmed when you place it, and fulfilled when payment reflects. Unpaid orders are released after 5 days. Delivery costs and timeframes are shown at checkout and on the delivery page.
Returns and the cooling-off period
If you buy online, you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and receive a refund. Return the goods unused and we will refund you once they arrive back. Personalised items and vouchers that have already been redeemed cannot be returned.
PLACEHOLDER — set the returns policy in admin before the shop goes live.
Gift vouchers
Vouchers are valid until the expiry date printed on them, hold their balance until used up, and can be redeemed against sessions or products. A voucher that has been partly or fully redeemed cannot be refunded.
The nature of the work
Access Bars isn't massage, and it isn't medical treatment. It doesn't replace therapy, medication, or a doctor's advice. If you're being treated for something, keep doing that — this sits alongside it.
